Outside of the salon, Kelly loves socialising with family and friends and never misses an opportunity to celebrate an occasion! She enjoys running as her favourite way to destress and recharge.
With 20 years of experience in the
hairdressing industry, Fay-Marie is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best. Fay-Marie holds a Masters Colour Expert qualification with Wella, giving her advanced knowledge and expertise in professional hair colouring.
Outside of the salon, she enjoys keeping active at the gym, spending time with family and friends, and nice meals out. Family is at the heart of everything Fay-Marie does.
With 35 years of dedicated service in the hair industry, Claire has built a reputation for her skill, experience and warm approach. She loves classic, timeless cuts and is a true expert in perming, creating beautiful results that stand the test of time.
Claire takes pride in making every client feel comfortable, confident and cared for, offering honest advice and a personal service you can always rely on. Outside of the salon, Claire enjoys spending quality time with her nieces, indulging in a relaxing afternoon tea and believes there’s nothing better than a good night’s sleep to feel your best.
Maria has been working in the hair industry for over 37 years and has been at Chapters for over 25 years. Maria’s passion is creating beautiful wedding hair and making each clients experience memorable whether its their first visit, or one of her valued clients for years. Maria will always go the extra mile for her clients.
In her free time, Maria loves spending time with her grand children and enjoys adventurous holidays.
Laura is a Wella Colour Expert with over 27 years experience in the hair dressing industry. Despite her wealth of knowledge, she is passionate about continually learning and developing her skills in an ever-evolving industry where trends and techniques change all the time. Laura is passionate to help clients look and feel their best, Laura takes great pride in creating beautiful hair while building confidence and ensuring every client leaves the salon feeling amazing.
Outside of the salon, Laura enjoys keeping active at the gym, walking her two dogs and socialising with family and friends.
Emilie has over 10 years experience in the hair dressing industry and specialises in colouring, particularly blonding and creating bespoke colours tailored to each clients lifestyle and needs.
She loves delivering a personalised salon experience, taking the time to understand each client’s needs through thorough consultations to create wearable results. She also enjoys educating clients on how to maintain healthy, salon fresh hair at home. Outside of the salon, Emilie enjoys socialising with friends and family, running, going to gigs and relaxing with a good horror film!
Sabrina is a passionate hairdresser who loves helping clients look and feel their best. She specialises in precision cutting and creating beautiful hair up styles for all occasions, from wedding to special events.
Outside of the salon, Sabrina enjoys running to keep active and de-stress and treating herself to some tasty chocolate.
Sarah-Lou has 19 years of experience in the hair industry and holds NVQ Level 2 + 3 qualifications. She loves all aspects of colouring and cutting, helping clients achieve beautiful, confidence-boosting results.
Outside of the salon Sarah-Lou enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, getting creative with pottery painting at spotty pots and making special memories with her daughter Phoebe.
Immy has over 10 years experience in the hair industry. Immy loves creating beautiful balayage transformations and enjoys building genuine relationships with her clients, ensuring everyone leaves the salon feeling confident and cared for.
Outside of the salon, Immy loves spending quality time with her friends and family, going on holidays, and getting stuck into home renovation projects.
Beth has been part of Chapters team for over 9 years, first joining at 16 years old. Beth says “Chapters has been a huge part of my journey helping me grow into the stylist I am today.” Beth’s calm, approachable yet confident nature helps clients feel at ease when in her care. She loves creating fresh new looks for clients, whether that’s through a complete restyle or beautifully placed foiling. Beth’s biggest passion is helping clients leave the salon feeling more confident and the very best version of themselves.
Outside of the salon Beth loves spending quality time with her friends and family and taking long walks with her spaniel, Giuseppe.
Paige is a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking hair dresser with a passion for every aspect of hairdressing. She particularly enjoys creating beautiful perms and loves helping her clients look and feel their very best. Building strong relationships and providing a warm, welcoming experience is at the heart of everything Paige does.

Rosie began her hair dressing career as an apprentice at Chapters in 2021. Since joining the team, she has developed her hair dressing skills and grown in confidence, becoming a valued team member of the salon. In 2024, Rosie began her journey as a Kerastase care coach, further developing her expertise in hair and scalp. Rosie is your go-to stylist for seamless blends, bouncy blow-dries and expert product advice.
Outside of the salon Rosie enjoys long walks, meals out and of course a sweet treat!
Sophie is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful hair and is currently expanding her knowledge through specialist training in hair supplements and overall hair wellness. She particularly enjoys precision cutting and loves helping clients feel their best.
Outside of the salon, Sophie enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend and taking her dog, Bobby on adventures.
Freya first joined Chapter at 14, where she enrolled at our Monday Club. She then became an apprentice and grew her training and skills to become one of our valued stylists. Freya has now also helped to provide education in our Monday club for up and coming apprentices. Freya is also a Kerastase care coach, shes passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful hair and loves recommending the perfect products to keep hair looking and feeling its very best.
When Freya’s not in the salon, you’ll find her at the gym, relaxing in the spa or indulging in a spot of retail therapy.
Alice has been training at Chapters since the very start of her hair dressing passion and enjoys creating bespoke colouring and wedding updos on her training days, tailoring everything to each individual client. Alice believes hairdressing is all about making people feel confident and the best version of themselves.
Outside of the salon, Alice loves balancing cosy days spent baking with exciting adventures like hiking, sky diving and so much more!
Cara has over 25 years experience as a salon receptionist, and loves making every client feel welcome from the moment they get in touch to the moment they arrive at the salon. Whether Cara is answering questions or helping clients find the right stylist by getting to know their needs, shes here to ensure your salon experience starts perfectly.
Outside of the salon, Cara likes reading, eating out and taking her dog on long walks.
Alison has over 20 years of experience as a salon receptionist and also has a NVQ level 2 hairdressing qualification. Alison is a friendly and familiar face that helps keep the salon running smoothly. She loves getting to know our clients and has a fantastic memory for all the little details that make each visit feel personal and special.
Outside of the salon, Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends, planning her next holiday, and relaxing with a trip to the pub.
Sam brings a wealth of experience to Chapters from a background in retail and beauty therapy, combining excellent customer service with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. Originally a client before joining the team, Sam has a unique understanding of the clients journey and loves meeting new people while building lasting relationships with existing clients.
Outside of the salon, Sam enjoys keeping active at the gym, running and reading autobiographies. She also enjoys travelling and making the most of precious time with friends and family.
Kellie is an essential part of the Chapters team, ensuring the salon runs smoothly. As well as providing a warm and friendly welcome on reception, Kellie also helps manage the stock and can assist with clients back wash experience too, she effortlessly adapts from one role to another with ease making her a valued team member.
Outside of the salon, Kellie enjoys spending time with her 3 children and socialising with friends and family.
Tracey has been Chapter’s trusted book keeper for the last 19 years. Although Tracey may not be a familiar face on the salon floor, she is a very important part of the team working upstairs, helping keep the figures balanced and everything running smoothly.
When Tracey is not at the salon, her favourite way to relax is wandering around national trust gardens, admiring all the hard work someone else has done, and looking for inspiration to create a little piece of paradise at home! (yet to be completed)
