I’ve been a client at Chapters for nearly 20 years with various stylists. It’s always a good experience from when you arrive at Reception to be greeted by the lovely ladies. You are never left waiting for your appointment and if they are running a few minutes late which is rare they let you know.
You always have a consultation and honest feedback about what will work for your hair. You get to relax with a choice of drink and biscuit and it is a lovely relaxed and professional atmosphere where they work with you to get the best style for your type of hair without any judgement.
Fay-Marie is my current stylist and is excellent, friendly and professional. There are many different stylists and price points to choose from so you can find someone you are comfortable with which is very important.
They have a wide choice of products you can purchase but unlike other hair salons I have used there is no aggressive or awkward up selling at the end of your appointment.
Importantly my hair always looks and feels great at the end of my appointment. It’s a lovely place with friendly knowledgeable staff.
I have been booking my appointments with Maria for years! Every visit is so warm and welcoming and she works wonders with my hair. There a reason I travel over an hour to have my hair done at chapters. The team are absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work!
